Where your ad appears
Sponsor placements are small, clearly labelled and location-relevant. They never replace or imitate property listings, and we do not run ads on the homepage.

Requirements & ad guidelines
Every sponsor profile and ad creative is reviewed by our team before it goes live. Please make sure your submission meets the points below to avoid delays.
Who can sponsor
- Property-related businesses only — builders, brokers, home loan, legal, valuation, interiors, movers, security, home services, workspaces.
- A genuine, contactable business with a working phone or WhatsApp number.
- Unrelated businesses (retail, food, fashion, gambling, adult, unrelated coaching) are rejected.
What you submit
- Business name, category, city/district/state and service areas.
- Logo (square, PNG or JPG, min 200×200px) and a short description.
- Ad creative: headline, one-line description, optional image, CTA label and a valid https:// link.
- Contact person, email, phone and optional website.
Content rules
- No misleading claims, fake offers, guaranteed returns or fake reviews.
- Ads must not imitate a property listing or the site's own UI.
- No adult, gambling, loan-shark, crypto or unrelated content.
- You must own the rights to any logo or image you upload.
- RERA or licence numbers must be genuine where mentioned.
Review & approval
- Profile and creative are reviewed within 1–2 business days.
- Your ad only goes live when the payment is confirmed and both the profile and creative are approved.
- Rejected submissions get a reason so you can edit and resubmit.
- You can pause or update your creative any time; edits are re-reviewed.

- Higher packages get higher priority in every slot.
- Impressions and clicks are tracked so you can see performance.
- No ads run on the homepage — placements stay on relevant pages only.
